Callen and Sam remain trapped on board the submarine with the two NCIS agents racing to stop two terrorists who are planning to carry out an attack on an aircraft carrier in San Diego. As this happens, Kensi, Deeks, Granger, Eric and Nell continue searching for their missing colleagues while Hetty goes against orders and cancels her trip to Washington D.C. to help find the two and stop the attack before it's too late.

As OSP investigate the murder of a private contractor for the Navy, they find things getting complicated by the arrival of a team from the Department of Justice whose primary goal is to investigate the Office of Special Projects and interview all its personnel while Hetty faces a Senate committee.
123 3 Praesidium (episode) October 13, 2014. When one of Hetty's houses is attacked, resulting in the death of her bodyguard, OSP investigate while struggling to avoid the Department of Justice team investigating them while Hetty arrives in Washington D.C. and receives some bad news.

Sam, Kensi and Deeks attempt to extract Callen, only to learn that the building has been wired with explosives.

When the U.S. Embassy in Tunisia is attacked, Callen and Sam head to the crime scene to investigate the deaths of two officers, one of whom was a close friend of Sam's with the two soon discovering that the U.S. Ambassador may not be the intended target of the attackers after all.

OSP investigate when the victim of a car accident is discovered to have a lethal strain of anthrax with Callen and Sam being sent to Mexico to locate the origin of the virus while back in Los Angeles, Kensi and Deeks attempt to stop the anthrax from being used in a potential terrorist attack.

As Kensi and Deeks as well as the OSP team race to find them, everyone begins to wonder if the abductions were related to Granger's upcoming and impending meeting with an ISIS informant.
136 16 Expiration Date (episode) February 23, 2015. While on a mission to bring in a Indian agent who's defecting to the United States, Sam is shot by a sniper and left hospitalized. In his absence, the OSP team bring Jemadar Thapa to help them with the case while Kensi and Deeks have an argument.
137 17 Savoir Faire (episode) March 9, 2015. When an Afghan soldier who was brought to America for training with the DEA is murdered, OSP race to find the victim's two missing comrades who have been targeted for the information they have on the Afghan military.
138 18 Fighting Shadows (episode) March 23, 2015. Following a successful sting operation, three FBI agents die in an explosion with the OSP team investigating the explosion with the team discovering that the three agents were murdered by a hidden bomb and that there's a second attack due to take place, leading the team into a desperate time to stop it before it happens while Hetty changes the partnerships yet again, placing Callen with Deeks and Sam with Kensi.
139 19 Blaze of Glory (episode) March 30, 2015. OSP investigate when a Navy test missile is hijacked and used to destroy a civilian boat with the OSP team tasked with making sure that other Navy weapon systems haven't been compromised.
140 20 Rage (episode) April 13, 2015. Callen goes undercover once again to infiltrate a White supremacist group who are suspected of harboring stolen nuclear material and soon finds himself engaging in a bank robbery with his trigger-happy "brothers".
141 21 Beacon (episode) April 20, 2015. Callen and Sam are left stunned when a supposedly dead murder victim turns up alive and seeking their help with OSP investigating and soon discovering that someone has broken the rules of sanction against Russia.

OSP investigate when a former Marine who is also an expert sniper escapes from a veteran's hospital with the investigation intensifying when they learn that the Marine has a connection to the leader of an extremist group while Kensi remembers her own past as a sniper.
