Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have been dating since 2021 — and are ready to walk down the aisle!
While the couple started out keeping their relationship low-key, they have since flaunted their love to the public and have shared several sweet moments on social media and during public appearances.
Here’s a look at their relationship milestones leading up to Bongiovi’s April 2023 proposal.
Selfies together
The duo first sparked romance rumors back in June 2021 when the son of Jon Bon Jovi posted a photo with the “Stranger Things” actress on his Instagram. In the pic, they were seen in the backseat of a car together as he pursed his lips for the camera. They further fanned the flames when he captioned the pic, “bff <3.”
The next day, Brown posted a photo with Bongiovi to her own Instagram, sharing that they had spent the weekend together.
This opened up the floodgates, as they would continue to post content with each other to their respective social media pages, however, they did not confirm the status of their relationship at the time.

They finally confirmed that they were romantically involved and more than just friends when they went Instagram-official in Nov. 2021.
Brown posted a PDA-filled photo with Bonviovi to her Instagram.
In the snap, he was seen planting a big smooch on her cheek as they enjoyed a romantic ride on the London Eye.
Holiday in love
The pair seemed to be getting serious as they spent the holiday season together.
Bongiovi shared a photo of him and Brown posing for a sweet photo in front of the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center during a trip to the big apple in Dec. 2021.
“Happy holidays!” he captioned the photo, where they both wore masks to protect against coronavirus.
They also appeared to spend Christmas Day together. Brown shared a photo with Bongiovi in front of a Christmas tree on Christmas day where they matched in cozy pajamas. She captioned the photo, “happy holidays ❤.”
Birthday Barbies
Bongiovi was right by his girlfriend’s side when she celebrated her 18th birthday in February 2022.
The pair dressed up as Barbie and Ken for the celebrations and both were seen with bleach blond hair.
“hey ken! 🎂,” Brown captioned a photo of herself and Bongiovi in their costumes to her Instagram at the time.
Red hot carpet
The pair made their official red carpet debut as a couple by attending the BAFTAs in London together in March 2022.
Brown and Bongiovi posed for photos together for shutterbugs to snap their loved-up moment. They both coordinated their looks in black outfits.

The pair hit Barcelona where they visited the church, La Sagrada Familia.
Sweeties forever
Brown posted about wanting to spend her life with Bongiovi with a post to Instagram in August.
The Netflix actress shared a photo of her and her boyfriend enjoying a big ice cream Sunday.

Bride-to-be
Brown and Bongiovi revealed their engagement news via Instagram in April 2023.
“I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all 🤍,” the Emmy nominee captioned a black-and-white beach snap showing off her sparkler.
In a post of his own, the groom-to-be called Brown his “forever.”
