Former WWE Star Wins First Singles Match In 5 Years

Former WWE Superstar Alicia Fox made her return to the ring for her first singles match in 5 years.

Going by the name of Vix Crow, she entered the ring against fellow former WWE star Mickie James on April 12th. The match went down for Oceania Pro Wrestling’s OPW H.E.R. pay-per-view in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. Her in-ring comeback was a successful one as she beat the former multi-time women’s champion.

The event also featured former Monday Night Raw star Tenille Dashwood and NXT star Steph De Lander. The show was headlined by Jordynne Grace successfully defending the TNA Knockouts Championship in a match against DELTA.

When was Alicia Fox last in a WWE ring?

Fox last performed in the ring when she appeared as a surprise entrant in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match but her last singles match was three years earlier.

On the April 22nd, 2019, edition of Monday Night Raw, Fox’s last performance in a singles match was in a losing effort to Becky Lynch.

In May of last year, Fox announced she was no longer with the company she had been with for 15 years. Following the news, she revealed that she would go by the name Vix Crow and was going to return to the ring.

When speaking on MuscleManMalcolm in 2023 she revealed the opponents she would love to get it on with:

“I’ve been watching Deonna. There’s AEW, Toni Storm, I like her. Paige, obviously. I love Ruby [Soho]. I mean, those kinds of girls, I know they’ve got grit and stuff, but there are so many women that I’ve been seeing here [at Reality of Wrestling].

“There also are a lot of girls in other promotions and I’m like right now I can’t even think I mean, I just want everyone.”
