Overall a great school with a few minor needs for improvement like a check on all the teacher to see if their curriculum is up to date and a overall deep clean.
I like my school, the educaction is good and have much resources for my education. This school is a good option for future students.
Overall, I have had a really good experience during my four years of high school. I really got involved with the clubs and the sports and the teachers are all very supportive of the students. I would like to see more college prep involved to help you take the SAT or ACT test. I think the worst part is the cafeteria food. They either run out or sometimes the food is on fresh. I also think there should be more counselors available for the seniors that are graduating if they could help give more direction with applying and choosing colleges, I think that would be very helpful.
The PTSA is very involved in the school and I think this really helps out the students by providing clothes and shoes for prom. So students are able to go to can’t afford it and also the beautification of the school so it makes you feel proud to be going there.

Miami Beach Senior High is a great school that allows students to explore many areas and achieve levels of excellence. The school offers various electives, sports and traditional experiences that allow us to have a clearer vision of our abilities and skills. One of the things I like most about the school is that it promotes student participation as well as offers support programs that prepare students for college-level work. The school curriculum is well designed, students have access to multiple AP classes as well as the opportunity to be part of IB program.
My experience at MBSH was ok. It’s a decent size school with a lot of students. A lot of the teachers are pretty chill and cool, others are more strict and on top of things. They had a couple clubs not that many. It’s an average school to say the least.
best experience I had is being surrounded by multiple cultures and diversity and learning about them. worst part is not being prepared for college and administrators do not worry about student needs
After being at Miami Beach Senior High for over 2 years now and being a senior this school has really helped me come out of my shell. Of course it has its faults however, since being here i have been able to improve my social anxiety and be more open to new people.
The main issue with the school is the way they handle children going to the bathroom, i have had to go to the bathroom on multiple occasions and the bathroom will be locked, or if it is open there is no toilet paper. Some staff is also very rude and needs to learn that they work at a high-school with kids and need to get a better attitude.
It has been an overall pleasant experience; however, it is apparent that there are no actual safety measures taken to protect students, food is subpar, and staff and administration are always very difficult to contact.
Most amazing 4 years of my life. I met my forever friends. the faculty and staff were amazing, very helpful, and always on top of everything
I love Miami Beach Senior high because there is everything. So, especially if your someone who may be indecisive on what you may wan to be in the future Beach High really helps in providing experience in all kinds of fields. Personally I felt as I am currently getting a well rounded form of education. However, I feel that if you need a lot of one-on-one Beach high might not be the best option, because the amount of kids does require you to be a somewhat independent learner and not depend so much on the teacher.
I honestly think Miami Beach Senior High is a great school with the programs they offer. If you go to Miami Beach Senior High School you have to take advantage of their AP Capstone and International Baccalaureate program which are two amazing and most rigorous courses and programs at the school. The administration is very hardworking to make our school a great school. They care alot and want the best for every student.
I dont like that they treat our uniform policy as a private school we shouldnt have to be so strict on uniforms. I love to come to school in my own comfy outfits like for example i want to wear my own sweatpants to school. Anyways other than uniform i think MBSH is a good school if you are in the good programs surrounded by good influences.

The good things about the school are that work isn't too hard, the teachers are caring and the facilities are not bad. The administration is not very good and there were always problems. A lot of students had scheduling problems.
Throughout the four years of this high school in Miami Beach, Florida, it's odd, as I traversed the COVID-19 restrictions as the class of 2023. Coinciding with the onset of the prolonged restrictions, it's no wonder that my sophomore year was the worst year in the entirety of my academic history, with loneliness purging in the sessions through a computer.
But that one year and event alone don't tell the whole story. Due to the extracurriculars, atmosphere, and events during the senior year, it has contributed to the higher three-star rating I'd give the high school experience. And that's the best year ever in the academic life.
There are problems that do have to be addressed. One of them is the student restrooms often locked due to students smoking, causing the rest in dire need, to suffer. The others are the sanitation of those said restrooms, as well as less security officers and teachers who are more assertive in their job and a better pay rate. Overall, it was mediocre

My overall experience at Miami Beach Senior High School was unforgettable. As a student who transferred in the initiation of her junior year, I instantly felt as if I found a place which I could proudly call my second home. Despite the intense academic rigor of this school's International Baccalaureate (IB) program, I exemplified traits such as perseverance, diligence, and curiosity, due to the outstanding models provided by my professors and fellow peers. In addition, I attained numerous leadership positions, such as my senatorial position for my senior class, as well as my co-presidency of my school's chapter of the National Honor Society, which demonstrated to me the value and power of the unification of a community. I wish that future generations of students at this school would place greater emphasis upon executing charitable initiatives and fundraisers, and I am confident that they will, as they boldly carve new paths from those derived from generations of invaluable alumni.
When I was there, they have turned us from a D to B school. Great scholars/IB program, great college guidance, staff wasn’t as attentive and involved. No school spirit.
I feel as if Miami Beach Senior High is a place where if one is motivated enough one will extremely succeed. I have only been In Miami Beach Senior High for one full year and am now beginning my sophomore year but I can say I am extremely happy in my current situation. The 7 buildings are huge and you will get that true high school experience. I have thoroughly enjoyed it, and there are all kinds of people so its not a place in which one will find any difficulty in making friends. As for the education, its very good. Some teachers truly go to a great extent, making the education extremely valuable. The only Advice I would give is make sure to reach out. In a school so big, its easy for your teachers to not give you as much attention as in other schools. So just be sure to do a little extra to get noticed. Finally the only thing I would truly complain is the sanitation, Its not as ideal as one would wish. However it's still manageable.
