It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip John O'Sullivan of Mount Shasta, California, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Andrew O'Sullivan and Augusta O'Sullivan (Riddick); his wife Roberta (Wolverton); his children, Michael (Liz), Maureen (Joe), Patricia (Philip), John and Andrew (Maureen); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexander, Siobhan (Maureen), Nathanial, Cayla (Patricia), Jessica and Mason (Andrew). He was also cherished by six great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Saint Anthony's Catholic Church Altar Society.
