With our resort-style pool complete with lounge-chairs, hammocks, and inflatable unicorns! Along with free wifi, a cinema room, a large, well-equipped kitchen, a selection of movies and weekly events such as a BBQ night and wine & cheese evening (at no cost); plus we offer complimentary breakfast daily from 7-9am.
We're also just a 4-minute walk away from Torquay Beach and The Esplanade where you'll find the weekend Beachside Markets as well as a range of mouthwatering food options - including an ice-cream shop with 72 flavors!!

We offer a free shuttle for the 10AM and 4PM Greyhound buses. Please let us know if you require pick-up from either of these buses. Any shuttle service outside of these should be discussed with our team who can also advise & book you on local & K'gari Island tours.

We do our best to deliver incredible customer service and to go the extra mile for our customers to make them feel welcome and at home. Our informed team at reception can advise you on and book your K'Gari trips and boat tours.

Check-out is at 10am. Check-in is from 2pm. If arriving after 10pm, please advise us in advance so we can advise of the process for late check-ins.


HERVEY BAY FLASHPACKERS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A Valid Passport is required upon check in, NO exceptions unless prior arrangement with management.
Cancellations made 48h prior to the date of your arrival will be charged 1 night. Cancellations or no-shows after 48hrs are non-refundable.
Any non-refundable bookings made without funds available at the time of booking will have their bookings cancelled.
Hervey Bay Flashpackers management reserves the right to amend or cancel reservations without notice.
Check in time is 2pm.
Arrivals prior to this time can access common facilities until the room is ready.
Late check ins between 10pm and 7am will incur a fee. No refund for early check outs.
Special conditions apply for reservations between the 15th Dec to 15th Jan. Rates are subject to change due to active specials, peak/off peak seasons and special events. Please see specials tab.
Checkout is 10am.
A late fee applies for departures after the stipulated time.
Luggage store is available at a cost.
We will attempt to accommodate date-changes but cannot guarantee bed availability.
Extensions are also subject to availability.
We are a non smoking facility.
Smoking inside the building will result in a cancellation of your booking,
No refund will be given.
Smoking area is provided outside of the building.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person deemed by our staff as being disruptive to other guests and or staff.
Guests who are being disruptive will be asked to leave the premises.
Any incidental damages caused during your stay will be charged to the credit card given at the time of the booking.
