Marian was proactive and has a good way of encouraging her clients who aren't as organized as she is to move forward with necessary next steps to close the deal. She helped me sell a rental property in Chicago while I was primarily handling my end in St. Louis. She managed communications with tenants unhappy with the sale and they responded to her good humor. Her updates on recent comps, showings, offers, and negotiations were extremely timely. Bottom line is that I always felt confident that I was working with someone who is good at what she does.

I had heard from a friend who had worked successfully with Marian so I contacted her and I told her the neighborhood we were interested in and the month we wanted to buy (our landlady insisted on one-year contracts so we had to be out by May 31). She invited me to coffee to explain the process and vagaries of condo buying in Chicago. When the time came to start looking, she lined up some viewings and we found a great place.
