INLAND EMPIRE, CA — Ready for the annual scare season? As Halloween nears, bone-chilling options abound at haunted houses throughout the Inland Empire.

Peruse the list of amusement-park extravaganzas and local fear-fests. Several open in mid-September or early October, and tickets to many are on sale.
