Visit here a a couple of times for late night drinks, and found the prices to be standard for a bar in such a tourist hotspot and with the amazing views of the Square it offered. A pint of local beer at around £2 and...cocktails from about £5. We also visited here for breakfast one morning and I had the Polish Breakfast and my daughter had the Japanese Breakfast, and with a couple of coffees and Orange Juices thrown in,,,, it only came to around £15. Full value for money. Not complaints about the service either, with all staff being very pleasant. Would recommend.More

Came here last night for a little meal out with the partner, we didn’t want to go to far as my partner wasn’t feeling to good. We stopped here after being shown the menu. We sat outside next to the heaters, I ordered the breaded...pork with new potatoes and cucumber & a passion fruit martini (large) and for afters I had the cheesecake and my partner had the meat dumplings and a glass of coke (he wasn’t as hungry as me!) All came out hot and quickly - it all came to 163zlotty which Is around £32. Only thing I would say when you pay in cash make sure you get your change back as we paid our bill and the waitress never came back with our change!! Overall it was nice, & would happily recommend.More

My daughter and myself were on a city break and ate at the restaurant on 2 separate nights. The food was exceptional and we were served by a waitress called Bogma on the two occasions. She was absolutely lovely and was so helpful in choices...and so attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant and if you manage to receive the excellent service by Bogma you are in for a lovely treat.More

We were a group of friends just wanting to have a fun night with drinks, but they took advantage off some Young girls When it came to the check. When we got the check it was an add on written with pen. It has later...come to our attention That this is a 12% fee That we aren’t obilged to pay (we wasn’t informed about this). When we checked the bankrecipt we found out That we have been Charged 70€ too much (not the fee included). We calculated the Prices ourselves and found out That we were supposed to pay 500PLN but was charged over 800PLN this is not acceptable and we got a feeling of beeing Exploited and Scammed Despite a very handsome waiter the food was just OK and the drinks was expensive.More

We ordered dinner for five people and while the food was okay, we had big problems with the bill. First of all the waiter had written a new total (with a pen) with a difference of almost 200 pln. Later when we tried to split...the bill amongst us we noticed that we had eaten for 500 pln and was charged for more than 800 (almost 900)pln. Would NOT recommend anyone to eat here!!!! Food was okay, but overpriced and the drinks were even worse.. We really felt that we were scammed and fooled. Once again, DO NOT EAT HEREMore

This restaurant looks really nice and the food was alright. But the service, OH MY GOD. Don’t even get me started. When we got the check the waiter had added on another total at the bottom which was over 100 PLN more than the original...total. We thought this was weird but did not think about it at first. And we also had a couple of drinks (which were way too expensive by the way!) so we didn’t connect the dots right away. But THEN, this morning we started looking at how much food we ate and realized that we had paid more than 300 PLN more than we were supposed to!!!!! We will go back today and ask what happened!!! The waiter totally used his looks to fool us which is NOT okay!!! I do not recommend this place at all.More

We called in for a drink expecting it to be a little more expensive due to the location. I ordered a large house red and was told that they didn't have any left, without showing me the menu again, the waitress told me what was...on offer, I opted for Polish wine, was astounded by being charged over £14, couldn't believe it as the previous night a litre had cost £13. A shame as it soured our last evening of a great few days. No receipt was forthcoming either!!!More

The service overall is quite poor, great location but the waiters don’t take care too much of customers. As per our order, the Aperol Spritz was terrible.. the children’s grilled cheese was nice though. What convinced me to write a review of our experience was...the way the payment was managed. We asked for the bill and the waiter came with the card machine with the amount already on it without bringing a bill. So we asked again to see the bill, and once received the amount was 1.8 zloty less than on the card machine. It’s ridiculous that for such irrelevant amount they try to play. No problem to round up, but not when done in this way. I have red many other reviews here where other people were played.More

I know the pubs, bars and restaurants around Main Market Square ( Rynek Główny ) are a bit more expensive ,I expect this as it's such a popular tourist location ,they are hard to resist ,I tend to visit a couple a day on any trip...to Krakow I take ,Loza Restaurant & Drink Bar is one I always drop into . A really nice place, the interior is superb, main room dominated by a cool looking serving bar ,great decor and furnishings and lots of seating options both inside and outside looking out onto the stunning Main Market Square. We sat outside on a beautiful and really hot Tuesday early afternoon,we were served a beer ( Zywiec beer ) and these were served in tip top condition being iced cold and sparkling,we settled back and took in the great views while sipping our beers. My beer was really good ,Zywiec beer is such a light, hoppy beer bursting with taste ,on a hot afternoon and when served iced cold as in this restaurant and bar it's such a refreshing beer indeed,it was just so good being sat outside such a great place taking in the views over a cold beer sat with my twin brother Stephen ,best beer companion in the world. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and as on previous visits to here we had a great time. Loza Restaurant & Drinks Bar is easy to locate Rynek Główny ,an area of outstandingly beautiful architecture and teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants and a major tourist destination. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,8am till midnight. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.More

Me and my husband sat down at the terrace and waited for 15 minutes for someone to at least take the glasses from the table. We asked the menu twice, the waitress that gave us one didn't even bother to clean the table. More to...that, an old man sat near us and he got served right away, probably because he looked like a man with a fat wallet. Overall, we waited nearly 30 minutes, being openly ignored by the stuff and when the waitress finally came, we chose to spend our money elsewhere. Honestly, we felt like we where bums of some sort, very unpleasant and rude. Also the prices are cosmic.More

Had a really nice meal and drinks in this restaurant on the main square in Krakow. Lovely warm setting and even some gentle live music to go with it. Would very much recommend. We had 3 courses each with a couple of drinks each and...the whole bill came to around £60 in totaI. I consider this good value for a nice experience.More

Stumbled across this restaurant on the square on a very busy New Year’s Eve. Waiter could not have done more for us and we could not have been looked after any better. The food was ‘divine’!! Most of us had duck with apple and cranberry,...tomatoes and potatoes, and my son had the steak. All was cooked to perfection, and it was probably the best meal I have ever had....yes, it was THAT GOOD!! So good we went back again two days later! Had a lovely young lady serving us that evening who was equally attentive. Another fabulous meal. Thank you 😊 Can not recommend you highly enough.More

We stopped here for breakfast on the last morning of our trip to Krakow. We were offered a table by the window. the little one did not want to eat so my wife and I had something. She had scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage,...which she had to pay extra for, while I had similar with fried eggs instead of scrambled. She had a fresh orange juice while I had a coffee. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but then we received the bill. 120 Zloty's just for the two of us. Something like £30. Now we had a table by the window, and the staff were ok, being pleasant and all that, but to charge this amount just for two small breakfasts was way over the top. I could have cooked them at home for less than a fiver. Beware anyone visiting here, check carefully the cost of everything before you enter. There are other cafes available off the main square if you take a ten minute walk and need breakfast. We found a nice little place on Grodska called Cafe Ole which is a small place next to Costa Coffee. After all said and done, this place is not the Savoy and there isn't a concierge to greet you at the entrance. No breakfast should cost this much unless over charging is its main mission.More

Having visited the Castle, Jewish Quarter, and a few other sights on our last morning we decided to do late lunch in the main square as we had yet to eat there, drinks yes but not outdoor food. We were lucky the sun came out...o make all the difference to the continuous rain we had had during our visit. Our table was right at the front of the restaurant so had great view of the square and the horse and carriages that went past. There a great atmosphere with lost of people wandering around minus umbrellas!!!. I had Chicken Wok to eat, which was a bevy tasty alternate stirfry, and my friends and Asparagus tagliatelle and Burger. All of which was very tasty. The restaurant was busy due to the weather but our waitress was always there when we need a refill of wine, or ice, or both !! Overall a great end to our trip.More

One of my favourite restaurants located in the square. Our waitress Eva went above and beyond, she was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, drinks and location. I enjoyed a delicious steak, fries, peppercorn sauce and really tasty chilli pepper. I was first here in...2020 and loved the food and service that much that I was excited to return. Delicious Irish coffees too, they provide a tasty ginger biscuit with it and roasted coffee beans on top. Loved my experience. Definitely ask for Eva if you visit.More
