An old friend who was hired to be a wetnurse for her bastard son. After Montespan was excommunicated, Scarron then became the apple of Louis's eyes, causing envy for Montespan. When she spread a slanderous rumor involving Scarron, she was exiled to a nunnery by Louis XIV of France.
