London High School Reviews

London is a great school but the academics for this school is not very high. The only sports that really get funded is football and baseball and the other sports have to hold their own fundraisers to gather the money for the things that are a necessity.
Overall, my experience at London High School has been mostly good. Academic wise, I feel as if I have been taught well, i've had all A's since my freshman year. Algebra my freshman year was kind of hard because my teacher was not that good so I didn't learn and retain much information, which hurt me in the beginning of my Algebra 2 class. My english classes have always been great and my teachers have always helped me excell in those classes. History has not always been my strong suit, but having a couple boring history teachers have not helped. My science teachers have also not been the best, I have gotten really stressed in those classes, but I always perservere. Athletics wise, I have been a part of the Cheerleading sqaud since freshman year and I have very much enjoyed it. My coaches have been very envolved and have coached us very well. I think our faculty could do a better job being involved and caring for learning experience, and caring about our mental health.
I’ve been in this district since preK. All the teachers are nice and flexible for the most part. I’ve never had the food. The sports get a lot of support, mostly football. Fine arts and theater programs on the other had do not get anywhere near as much support. This school is vary sports centric. Aside from that I really like London.
