I'm very lucky to have attended Livingston High school, I was able to get all of supports I needed. As someone with an IEP I was able to get all of supports I need. The school culture is a mix of rich kids and kids who have instanced parents. LHS is not known for our sports but are know for are theatre and arts programs. I was able to be part of LHS Theatre for 7/8 shows during my time. Both on stage and backstage.
Only reviewing because Livingston is constantly rated as one of the top places to teach in NJ and I can say with confidence that out of the 4-5 districts I have taught in, including a Title I school, Livingston was by FAR the worst.
The culture there is terrible. Teachers are constantly complaining and gossiping about students and are very cliquey with both one another AND their students. The culture is every man for themself and only caring about who's in your classroom as opposed to collaboration and supporting all in the building
Administration does not support teachers but instead their style is punitive & interventions come when it's too late to help a struggling teacher (saw this with a colleague firsthand). Faculty meetings and initiatives are long and pointless, and Admin/supervisors are condescending when concerns are shared. It's such a large district and everyone is on their own island.
I will say the special ed teachers were great. Everyone else is in competition.

The school has great education and teachers. The only issue is that it is not that diverse. However the school is played out well and students feel free to do what they want most of the time.
