hailee M This one of my favorite movies is probably really underrated but hey it's always in my top 3 for my lifetime. It's such a great story I love how unique and different it was from the real world. Makeup and creatures looked scary, some of them looked funny and even cute. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/26/24 Full Review Jeffrey M Little Monsters is an amazing movie. I watched it just know so it is fresh in my mind. Little Monsters is really funny, and guess what? I LOVE comedy. Little Monsters is kind of like Cat in the Hat, except less appropriate ,monster mode, and worse humor. Little Monsters was also really interesting to. What a good movie. I give it a 77%. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/26/23 Full Review Jake C This movie was big part of my childhood a absolute banger of a movie Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/21/23 Full Review Erik The actor that makes the monster is trying super hard to act like beetlejuice.... Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/16/23 Full Review JR I don't understand why these "critics" are so negative and have terrible senses of humor, but they are all literal nobodies that nitpick and shit on every movie regardless of how good or nostalgic they are. Besides my opinion on the talentless hacks that make their money dunking on movies, this movie was one of my favorites as a kid, and was leagues above any children's movies made these days. Yeah, it was a little childish, and wild with the pranks the monsters played on the children, peeing in kids apple juices, & scarring literal babies for life but that's what made it so good, because Ben Savage adamantly opposed most of the torment they played on the majority of the children. This movie was great, and actually hilarious and at times really scary even though it was meant to be funny. Never knew it was Howie Mandel until recently, would not have guessed that knowing how much of a sissy he is about germs/OCD/ADHD and every acronym-illness in the world he claims to have, but he killed this role and the Savage brothers were great. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/13/23 Full Review Brad P Obnoxious to a fault and virtually devoid of real emotion, this is a film that works perfectly when you're a kid and terribly when you're not. Chris Willman Los Angeles Times Some of it is actually funny, if you still have a little brattiness left in your Bratskeller. Sep 27, 2019 Full Review Derek Deskins Edge Media Network It is 100 minutes of nails on a chalkboard and, in a more just world, would have resulted in the end of Howie Mandel's career. Sep 23, 2020 Full Review Alan Jones Radio Times A dismal disaster. Rated: 1/5 Sep 27, 2019 Full Review Germain Lussier io9.com It pained me to watch such an impressive group of talent (the movie was written by the guys who made Aladdin, for crying out loud) shit the bed so massively, especially when my nostalgia reserves were so primed and ready to go. Sep 27, 2019 Full Review Joly Herman Common Sense Media For a movie about monsters, this flick has a bit of heart.
