I have just spent one the best holiday week in BH Eretria! I don’t even know by what to start?? I think 5* could be granted to this place as they are so dedicated to make every moment unique. We can feel this good energy from every staff members. Even the director is always around , office door always open and paying attention to every little details. Everything was amazing. The hotel is beautiful , very cozy and well decorated. I love the plants everywhere and the gardens outside are blooming. It’s the perfect location if you wanna just rest for few days. The pool is very closed to the beach. The food @ the buffet + all the snacks during the day were very yummy, and all the cocktails were perfect! I travelled with my kids and for the first time I could have some real free time for me. The team was playing a lot with them, proposing a lot of activities during day and night. All the team members are doing their best caring for the guests making sure they feel happy. I was impressed and I wanted to share this because I will defenetly tout back to that place!!! After reading some of the comments before going on vacation, I was very worried. It turned of for no reason. Is this the best hotel - no. Does it have the best beach - no. Does it have the best food - no. Did I spend a wonderful vacation in this hotel - YES. WHY? The rooms (in renovated part) are decent. The food is good, sometimes great. It is replenished from the beginning to the end of the meal. People who (for one lunch) fill two plates with 4 different dishes will (probably) disagree with this. But, for the people who are realistic , there is always a decent selection of food. Supplementary meal (a snack) are generally sandwiches or pastries. Ice cream and coffe - non-stop everywhere (restaurant and bar). Beer solid (6/10), wine poor for my taste. Standard hotel juices. The hotel building is really old. Renovation is needed. But then there would certainly be another price. The garden of the hotel is extremely pleasant. Beautiful. Resting in the shade of olive trees, with the song of the cricket - beautiful. The beach is average. Umbrellas and sunbeds are good. The entrance to the sea is very bad, full of stones (I recommend beach shoes). The sea - one of the best I've ever swam in. Clean, with full of fragrance. Realy great. Staff - more than excellent. Every problem I had at the reception was solved and they helped me as much as they could. The staff in the restaurant are also excellent. Pleasant and kind. General impression - It is difficult to find better all-inclusive accommodation in Greece for the money. My sincere recommendation.
