We are excited to invite the campus community to the 2024 Symposium on Teaching and Learning. Read on for more information or register here.

This year the event will take place on:

  • Tuesday, April 9, from 9:00 AM - 4 PM in Fairchild-Martindale Library, 6th floor-south
  • Wednesday, April 10, from 9:00 AM - Noon, on Zoom

Come learn from Lehigh instructors about the ways their teaching engages and challenges students, the ways technology can support pedagogy, and the ways faculty and students can partner to deepen learning.

This year’s symposium will highlight the work of our CITL Faculty Fellows, as well as other faculty colleagues, in the area of Generative AI, AR/VR and Immersive Learning, Inquiry-Based Learning, Cross Disciplinary Teaching, and Teaching in Flexible Learning Environments.

You’ll have the opportunity to hear a student-led, student panel discussion on “The Implications of Generative AI for Teaching and Learning at Lehigh,” facilitated by TRAC Fellow Sarah Yancey (Biology, ’26). Additionally, we’ll have an exhibition area where you’ll see student work created in a number of courses taught by our Faculty Fellows.

As Lehigh embarks on its new Strategic Plan and Leads in Educational Innovation, we’re excited to host this event and showcase the work of faculty who have collaborated with CITL to innovate in their classrooms and beyond.

Registration deadline is Friday April 5, 2024.
