Extremely terrible service. Alex was our server and he took 15mins to come greet us, we ordered everything at once and our mains came out before our appetizer. He came to check on us once and my husband ordered another drink while we were in the middle of our meal. Alex never came back to our table to check on us. 45 minutes go by and his drink comes and we have to ask the lady from the bar to bring us our bill. We wanted to order desert but after sitting there for 45mins waiting for our server we were done. Will never be going back, extremely disappointed as we live in the area and wanted to give this place a try. Good food but TERRIBLE service.

The atmosphere of VIOLI is welcoming and the staff greets you upon arrival in a friendly, warm way. Although I originally had a party of 4, only two were at check in but we were seated regardless. That was nice. Ok, the food! Our server was knowledgeable about everything and wasn’t pushy in the least. We both had the spicy margaritas which were perfect. We decided to start with the calamari and the rock shrimp. The calamari was very flavorful and plenty to share. The rock share took longer than we expected but was worth he wait. My picky sister couldn’t stop raving about it—-I couldn’t stop eating it. After those two items, we weren’t as hungry for an entree but decided to split the chopped salad—ALSO GREAT! We will be back, especially the summer!!

Went out for a birthday celebration at Violi and we had an amazing experience. The ambiance was great, we sat out in the heated patio area. The food was excellent and the service was 5 stars, we asked and were given recommendations from the menu and none of the selections disappointed! We had grilled octopus and spanakopita for starters, our entrees included the chicken skewer and the beef tenderloin along with a side of brussel sprouts. To end our meal our waiter brought us out a complimentary birthday dessert along with a sparkler. Around 10/10:30 they did their ritual sparklers and it was a great ending to our night. I would definitely recommend trying this place out!

Great food, service, and ambiance. Weekends are more loud with the music, but still a perfect vibe for the place and dinner. Great for a birthday night, date night, girls night. Ive been here 3 times and immediately I knew it was my new favorite restaurant!

This would have been the perfect experience for my birthday. I ordered the gyro. I barely ate it as I wanted to enjoy it to go. However I asked the server 3 times to please put the toppings in my to go(onion, tomato, sauce, cucumber sauce, pita etc) He was a little rude, not letting me fully explain, saying that he knows and he will have it prepared. I did not receive any of the toppings except the cucumber sauce. This completely ruined my food experience. I cannot believe they expected me to eat the food without all the toppings. I spent about $150 at this restaurant just to not be able to enjoy my meal. This was a huge disappointment for my birthday experience and I hope that you all can rectify this with some sort of a solution. I told the guy 3 times and he still did not give me all the toppings I even offered to pay extra for them. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT.

Went here with my boyfriend and had a great time. The staff was very polite and respectful. Service was great and restaurant was beautiful and lively. We ordered the meatballs, the bread platter, the brussels sprouts, the branzino, the porkchops and a few drinks. We loved it all!

Our server Alec/Alex??? I don’t remember but was very knowledgeable, polite, nice and overall a great server. We enjoyed every minute of our dinner because of the food, his help. It was a very nice place to celebrate something with your loved one.

The server was very attentive and food was brought out quick but my dinner was not hot I had the salmon and it was not hot in temperature at all. It was tasty and overall was not a big enough portion for the price.

Our table was right next, to where the one of the cash registered was placed, and where the dirty dishes were being brought back to, and tossed where it was very loud, because the dishes being tossed in the plastic tubs, and there was a door, which was being opened on and off for putting trash out. When you go to a restaurant such as Violi, you do not expect to be seated in such an area, you want to enjoy the ambience and not get annoyed and irritated by such nuisance disturbances. The management should seriously consider blocking that area out, so anybody sitting around that area is not disturbed by thrown dishes in the door getting opened for trash to be disposed .

We had a very nice lunch with delicious Greek food and drinks. We enjoyed grilled octopus, humus, beef souvlakia, Greek chicken and Baklava for dessert. The cocktails were also interesting and delicious. Our server was Jacob and he was very helpful and accommodating. The decor was very interesting and comfortable, with some background music but not too loud or distracting. All in all a lovely afternoon.

We went to Violi for their prix fixe menu on Valentine's Day and it was underwhelming. We were disappointed overall, but our server was wonderful. The portion sizes were TINY for the price, and we left still feeling hungry. Unfortunately, the octopus was rubbery. The rest of the food tasted good, there just wasn't enough.

Went for Valentine's Day dinner and everything was just under par. Firstly, we got seated in a back room and not the main restaurant, which was not specified at the time of the reservation, pricing was high and portions quite small. Also, the lobster linguini does not come plated as shown on the website under the Valentine's Day special page, which I find a little bit deceiving; why put a photo with a plate that has a lobster on it if you are not serving it like that? Overall we spent $290 for 2 people with 1 drink each and it was just OK. I also feel like they could have done a bit better for desserts, on a $100 menu they had banana bread which tasted like the Starbucks one basically. On the bright side, octopus was very delicious and service was very good.

Nothing we ate was bad, but there was nothing that we thought was special or exceptionally good. Overpriced and still adding a 3% service charge on top, which I find insulting at this point.
