We came here for lunch today. It's a beautiful and hip spot right on Larvotto Beach. They have a pretty good assortment of food. The food wasn't anything fantastic but it was good as these beach places go. Drink prices were about par for Monte Carlo. €4.50 Cokes and €5 for small 1 liter bottles of Evian.
The nice thing on hot and humid days is they have the system of fine water mist that sprays out that helps. Also, if you have kids they are kid friendly and even were smart enough to put in a small kids play area so mom and dad can eat in peace....
They also have free wi-fi access so just ask them for the password...

Love the food this time, one year back was overprice, but I like the kids play area if you have small ones, cocktail where good, they have their own showers so it's perfect for a beach day

We enjoyed a relaxing glass of wine on a busy Sunday afternoon, it was the perfect destination to sit down and watch the beach goers and enjoy the afternoon sun.
This place has wonderful character and often has famous musicians entertaining guests, smooth jazz and soulful vocals are the speciality.
The prices are typically Monaco, but the atmosphere and chilled wine relieves any concerns about cost. If you are on a budget then this is probably not your type of city anyway.

We came here for lunch on a Saturday, didn’t seem that busy but the service was very slow/confused, often being served by different waiters and often them forgetting our drinks order or that we had even ordered drinks.
Food came out surprisingly fast - was nice enough.
The cocktails were delicious!
We would visit again.

La Note Bleu is a nice beachfront restaurant and bar, ideal for a relaxed lunch away from the bustle of central Monaco. The area has a resort vibe that's different from the more cosmopolitain atmosphere elsewhere.
We had lunch there on a brilliant warm spring day. The sunbeds were mostly filled, and there's a nice atmosphere of diners, bathers, and scurrying waiters. We tried the Deguste plate of different specialities, and enjoyed it with some local rose wine.
We'll come again, in the evening, for the live music and drinks.

Lovely place. Great seaside view. Next to a super beach for the kids. Friendly service. Great Mediterranean food. Try the artichoke salad!

If you want to relax on the Beach in Monaco. Go to La Note Bleue. Few words needed, it is the Best. Beach restaurants is often a compromise on food quality, service and rip off. Not here ! Book sun beds or table as you feel like

We booked in June and on arrival in August they said there was no booking. They told us we would not get a bed but with continuous asking two beds became available. The staff were terribly rude, not one but all. We asked for an English menu if possible and no was yelled at us. The staff saw it as a struggle to help us, as if it wasn’t their job. I wouldn’t be recommending to anyone.

Hired mattresses on the beach and had food at the restaurant.
One of the beach staff (a short guy with shaved dyed blond hair and short beard), had definitely something against the management and took it out on us. Upon arrival didn't return our greeting, was extremely unpleasant when he was leading us to the mattresses as if he wanted the manager to loose their customers.
The waitress at the restaurant however was great. On the beach we dealt with other staff as we did not wanted the rude staff near us.

Visited this restaurant last year and while rather pricey food and service good. Sadly not the same this year with food being very underwhelming and service lacklustre, very overpriced for what we had and we definitely had much better meals in Monaco for a comparable price.
