Gmina Krosno Odrzańskie is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Krosno Odrzańskie, which lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) west of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 211.52 square kilometres (81.7 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 17,784.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Gryżyna Landscape Park.
