Great location, plenty of tables, outstanding Italian food, and friendly service. The braised short rib was incredible and the lasagna exceeded expectations. Very nice atmosphere and not too loud. Great location in old town.

A little pricy but a wonderful atmosphere. The food was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful
But it was busy so food was a bit slow to arrive. Pizzas were delicious and would highly recommend them!

Mediocre food and service when it came to paying the bill I was questioned on why I wasn’t adding a tip onto my bill when I explained that I didn’t feel it was something I wanted to do on this occasion the waiter through my receipt at me and started laughing as he walked away. I would avoid at all costs much better places locally for less money

My boyfriend and I decided to go to this restaurant in view of the very good reviews, however unfortunately it did not meet our expectations! The music was too loud due to the dj, so one cannot properly relax, the pizza had nothing special, the spagetti de mare was not full of seafood and once you eat, the waiters quickly rush you to politely leave the restaurant. The hot apple drink was good though.

Great location and gorgeous interior! Very extensive menu, it was a struggle to choose options! We ordered starters but unfortunately it seems that the prawn tacos gave a member of our party food poisoning :(
We chose pizzas for the main which were delicious, highly recommend the pesto pizza, really tasty and huge portions.
We felt that the service let them down slightly, our waiter didn’t seem that friendly and seemed a little abrupt.
Slightly disappointed with the food poisoning incident which is why I’ve given it 3 stars. Might just be a one off but this has now affected our stay in Krakow.

I recently visited with my boyfriend on our trip to Krakow as we were looking for a low key inexpensive but great quality pizza place and that’s exactly what we got. For those from the U.K. the vibe here was quite like “The Beech House” chain with a wider varied menu at great prices. For starter we had the prawns and the bruschetta. The prawns were nice apart from the strange textured prawn cracker on top and the bruschetta wasn’t to my personal taste due to the cream cheese but my boyfriend really enjoyed it. For mains we had a margherita pizza and a pizza with salami and both of these were great. Pizzas had big crusts which I love but they didn’t have any sauces besides balsamic and olive oil to dip it in. The service was at times slow which given it wasn’t busy as it was a Sunday night in January was a little annoying but overall I’d recommend here.

I've been here twice in 3 days. Amazing restaurant. For me as an italian, often it's not easy to find a real italian restaurant, that respects our ingredients and traditions. May be a few dishes on the menu could give you a little doubt (for exemple why having pad thai in italian restaurant...) But don't let the doubt ruin your experience, just try it out. May be, all overall, it's one of the best italian restaurants I've ever tried abroad. Everything was just PERFECT: the food, the service, the drinks and cocktails, the decorations, the placement... Also, it has its own character, it's not just "your regular italian restaurant". Amazing job guys, thanks for respecting our culture! Also thanks to Arthur and all the staff for their friendly service!

The booking process was a little stressful for a NYE table, involving a couple of phone calls and a lot
of Google translate on the website to purchase 3 vouchers but was totally worth it (and not the fault
of the venue).
This is a beautiful restaurant, there was great background music a lovely atmosphere and superb food. The service was excellent and my husband and friend both had steak which they said was the best they had ever had.
It was our 3rd visit to Krakow and the first to Boccanera but we will definitely return.

This was our New Year's Eve (Hogmanay) meal...restaurants in Krakow get very booked up and prices are upped (often only special New Year menus at maybe 380 Zlotys or above ( so GBP 75 or so...) ...here they continued to offer a la carte thus giving flex regarding choice but needing the purchase of 250 Zlotys prepaid voucher to book. Would it be as good as the TA reviews suggested?
We stopped in to look at the interior...very nice.
The meal was mostly very good ( one slight negative...my tagliolini seemed to have been kept warm under the hot lamp perhaps ) and enjoyed...the antipasti was very good and copious, nice foccacia, a beautiful ribeye steak cooked just as ordered etc. TT managed ( just) a grilled pineapple dessert with coconut ice cream too ! TT Junior's prawn starter and main of a pizza were enjoyed also.
Ŵe drank a couple of Coke Zeros , fizzy and still water, a bottle of nice, organic, cava ( ZL 135 ) and a very nice Bobal red from Utiel Requena (ZL 190). Wine is relatively expensive in Poland and these were at the cheap end of their list but of good quality. We had to ask for flutes for the fizz which was a bit odd..
Including service we ran up ZL 965 ,so approx £200 for 3 ...for the occasion, the food, and the smart setting this was good value.

I have to say this must be the nicest restaurant I have visited over the last 4 days in Krakow. The food was beautiful, me and my partner both had 3 courses, 1 side to share and wine, and it only cost around £60 GBP. The service was impeccable. The waitress was lovely & friendly, nothing was ever too much to ask and she was always so polite. The restaurant itself was beautiful and perfect vibes throughout the night. I would 100% recommend this place over any of the other restaurants we visited (we visited a few). 10/10.

Great food and atmosphere at reasonable price. We were looking for an Italian restaurant but trying to avoid main square. Came across this lovely restaurant by accident. We would highly recommend. Couldn’t fault anything. Waitress was attentive but not jn your face. When we were dithering between 2 options she listened and then made a recommendation which was perfect.
