Sam Moran (Richard Boone) captains a rental boat in Honolulu, on which he conducts fishing expeditions in this tropical paradise. When his daughter is found dead at a rich playboy's party, he sets out to find the truth behind the murder. Assured that the playboy is guilty, he enlists the help of his girlfriend Kittibelle, who runs a drug rehabilitation center. Sam walks into a wall of silence, because the residents don't dare to talk, afraid of the rich family and what they can do to them. Sam is determined to uncover the truth at any cost.
