Kevin Spacey was spotted by photographers Tuesday enjoying a solo lunch in West Hollywood.
The disgraced actor, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by several men including “Rent” star Anthony Rapp, gave paparazzi the side-eye as he noshed on his meal and took a lonely sip on an iced latte.
Spacey brought a book along to pass the time while eating alone at the casual restaurant.
He draped his coat over the empty chair across from him while dining.
The “Horrible Bosses” star, 62, wore a low-key ensemble for the food run, including both a navy coat and navy pants, as well as a “Weed Police Dept.” T-shirt and a rust-colored A.S. Roma hat.
He completed the look with strappy tan sandals.
He was later spotted leaving dinner at Craig’s in a green blazer and tie, blue button-up shirt and cream pants.
Rapp, 49, has alleged that in 1986, Spacey made a sexual advance toward him when Rapp was 14 and Spacey was 26.
The “Usual Suspects” actor stated through Twitter that he didn’t remember the encounter but owed Rapp “the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior.”
In addition to alleged assault, the “Star Trek” actor has accused Spacey of battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Rapp will see a lawsuit that he filed against Spacey in 2020 discussed in New York federal court Thursday afternoon.
