AUGUSTA – It gives us great sorrow to tell you about the passing of Kenneth Penney on July 19, 2022. He passed away after years of illness. He was born Oct 27, 1966, in Augusta, to Albert and Linda (Dutil) Penney.

Kenneth graduated from Cony High School. Kenneth was a master licensed plumbing and heating technician. He worked as a technician for several different companies and then had his own business known as Penneys Heating.

Kenneth liked people and having fun. Kenneth was an outdoor person who liked to go fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and four wheeling.

Kenneth was predeceased by his grandparents Roger and Eesa Dutil and Albert and Wanda Penney; and brother, Scott A. Penney; and uncle, Skip Dutil, aunt Nancy Lunt, aunt Susan and Billy Clarke and uncle Paul and aunt Shirley.

Kenneth leaves behind three sons, Todd Penney, his wife Jessie, Kenney Penney and his girlfriend Emily, and Jacob Penney. Kenneth had three grandchildren.

At the time of his passing, he was at GrayBirch nursing home, where he was taken care of just like a family member.
