Comedy Playhouse: Happy Ever After, 1974
Whitfield first worked with Terry Scott in 1968. In 1974, they made this sitcom pilot playing June Fletcher and Terry Fletcher who deal with the problems of being alone together once their children have left home. The show ran for five years.Photograph: BBC
