A four-story Hoboken brownstone home once owned by TV newswoman Natalie Morales and her spouse, Joseph Rhodes, is in contract after being on the market for a mere five days.
The turn-of-the-century property at 1234 Garden St. was last asking $3.05 million — which is less than the $3.1 million that the current sellers paid for it back in 2016.
The five-bedroom, 3½-bathroom residence features a chef’s kitchen, a curved staircase with a mahogany handrail, pocket shutters and three slate fireplace mantels.
There’s also a 600-square-foot garden patio with a basketball hoop installed by Morales and Rhodes for their kids.
Morales and Rhodes bought the townhouse for $1 million in 2002 and created the addition in 2008, increasing the home to 3,600 square feet.
The listing broker was Peter Cossio of Brown Harris Stevens, who repped Morales and the current sellers, as well as another Hoboken home that sold for a record $6.5 million in 2016.
