Just days after Jonah Hill scooped up a $9 million home in Malibu, he is listing another home that he recently purchased in the same exact gated community. The This Is the End actor is trading in his super modern home that was across the street from the ocean for a more traditional space that features stairs right down to the beach, Dirt reports. While both are located in the gated Malibu Colony community, the home that Hill is listing was purchased just over a year ago for $9 million. He must be confident in the updates that he’s made, because he is currently listing the space for $15 million.

The home was built in the 1930s and consists of 3,600 square feet. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, all of which are spread across three stories. It also has lots of natural light provided by the clerestory windows. The primary bathroom offers up a stunning oversized shower as well as a dry sauna.

Additionally, the house does have an attached garage as well as a wide, welcoming driveway. When Hill purchased the house, the exterior was entirely white. Now the space is painted a dark shade of charcoal gray. One of the best aspects of the home is the roof deck, which allows peekaboo ocean views and looks over the beautiful pool in the backyard. While it doesn’t have a full ocean view or sit on the beach, it does come with deeded access rights to the beach, which is a short walk right across the street.

The backyard is also outfitted with an outdoor kitchen, bar, spa, and even a sauna. While all of the updates and changes made by Hill aren’t known, the next owners are sure to find the home to be a relaxing slice of paradise.
