Ann Morris Farrow passed away peacefully at home, September 21, 2022. She was born March 31, 1940 in Columbia, Louisiana. Ann was the epitome of the gracious southern lady, an excellent cook and hostess, and a devoted and loving wife, mother and friend. Her career with the Social Security Administration provided the opportunity to serve the community, which she did with her usual class and style. Additionally, she volunteered throughout her life in Ruston, Baton Rouge, and Hammond, Louisiana in many organizations, including Advocates for Adult Literacy, Capitol Area CASA Association, and Richard Murphy Hospice House in Hammond, Louisiana. She was a faithful and active member of the Episcopal Church, especially in her last parish as a member of Grace Memorial Church in Hammond, Louisiana. Most importantly she instilled the value of family in her children and grandchildren, which has served them well in both good and trying times. Ann is survived by the love of her life and husband of 63 years, Donald Curtis Farrow; her children: Lisa Farrow Barousse; Kimberly Farrow Crespo and husband Luis; John Farrow and wife Vanessa; grandchildren: Morgan Allan, Sherrard Crespo, Noelle Farrow, and Holly Farrow; great granddaughter Emma Soignier and great grandson Knox Campesi. Knox has brought so much joy and comfort during this past year to all of the family, but especially to Grandmama. She is also survived by her sisters: Lynn Morris King, and Fran Morris Childress and husband Danny; and sisters-in-law: Judy Reagan Morris and Mary Jane Mullin, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Ann is predeceased by her parents, Wooten and Frances Morris; brother, Major John William Morris; brother-in-law Craig King; mother and father-in-law, Audria and Curt Farrow; and son-in-law Val Barousse. A special thank you to Dr. Norman Deumite; Dr. John Godke and the ICU nurses at Baton Rouge General Hospital; Brennan Jones and Jennifer Davis, Hospice of Baton Rouge; caregivers Ruth Chambers, Betty Caddo and Sharon Derosant; and Father Paul Bailey, rector of Grace Memorial Church. Visitation will be held on September 28, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Runnymede Clubhouse, 10119 Runnymede Ave., Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Visitation will continue September 29, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m, followed by the funeral service at Grace Memorial Church, 100 W. Church St, Hammond, Louisiana. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the charity of your choice or to one of the following entities which were particularly meaningful to Ann - Grace Memorial Church, VIALINK (crisis intervention), Hospice of Baton Rouge or the Frances Morris Scholarship Fund.

Betty and I send our Condolences to the Farrow Family. Ann was our dear friend and high school classmate. Sorry we were unable to visit with her in our recent trip to Baton Rouge. We regret that we were unable to attend her service, but we were in Plano, Texas. Love and deepest sympathy to all.
