Biography

Son of German immigrants John F. Bickel and Regena Vetter.

Husband of Cora Brown Marcher

John was a businessman born and raised in Racine County, Wisconsin. He was also a deacon and elder in the Presbyterian church.

He resided in Wisconsin until between 1940 (the Census) and 1941 (his death), at which point he moved to Washington state, where he passed away on 28 November 1941. His remains were returned to Wisconsin, where he was buried next to his wife in Mound Cemetery in Racine County.
