This is an interesting argument. However, Booker turned himself into a pretty good defender in recent years. KAT will probably always be a really bad defender, and unlike Booker, he plays a position that DEMANDS good defense.

Is it possible that the argument against KAT being a winning player is similar to ones laid against Devin Booker before CP got to Phoenix? I’m not sure where I land on that but just thought it was interesting question.

Hes playing the 4 if he gets traded here unless it's a 3 team deal with mitch going somewhere else. Is defense worse than Randles?

Thibs wouldn't want him at the 5 either since he's a bad defender and not a good rim protector. KAT also hated thibs' defensive scheme in MIN
