Carol Jean Hagen

Carol Jean Hagen, age 72, of Sulphur, La., passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, Aug. 29, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. Carol was born Jan. 14, 1950, in Dodge City, Kan., to parents Jim and Katherine Wears.
Carol was a longtime employee of The Frame House & Gallery, and her work was well known and appreciated by many.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Larry Hagen; two sons, Joseph Hagen, and Patrick Hagen; and grandparents, Ellis and Dorothy Wears.
Those left to cherish her memory are her partner in life, Bryan Richard of Sulphur, La.; two brothers, Robert Wears and wife Joyce of Weatherford, Okla., and Gary Wears and wife Rhonda of Perryton, Texas; many other family members.
A graveside service will be held at Highland Memory Gardens Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022, at 3 p.m.
