The movie is for the fans of all of other Kevin Smith's movies. To anyone who rates this a one doesnt understand that it is a homage to the fans, or doesnt like Kevin Smith's movies. I laughed the entire time and there were some tender moments and some phenomenal acting by Jason Mewes.

Saw this movie on opening night so I'm a fanboy I suppose. If your are of the fold, then this movie oozes with familiarity and will make you feel at home. I laughed my way through and enjoyed the cheap jokes and recalls to my youth. What a wonderful time I had enjoying a bit of freedom from the world at hand with my friends from the View Askewaverse.

Awkward and unfunny in exceptionally long stretches, Reboot probably won't turn his diehard fans against him. But it's unlikely to win him any new converts either. For that, there's Clerks, Mallrats, or Chasing Amy.
