Yes, this applies to all pillar textures in the three games. Venice has a huge amount of interiors with painted pillars and statues, that could greatly benefit from even a minor 3D treatment. Even the clock texture at the end of the first Venice level and all the roofs are painted on

Neither were detailed foliage or distance fog for that matter...

From my POV there's no reason to not add the cues. Especially when the designer of those levels has suggested it.

That's a good point lol. Then again, just imagine people saying "I don't like this cue here, I hate that one there" after the addition, our community is somehow never happy the best solutions would be to just port the already existing fanmade ones so that it's "not their fault" or, utopically, have Phil giving advice.

(Anyway, I'm personally more "conservative" and don't necessairly like every new graphical/gameplay addition, but: the originals still exist!)
