Ivanka Trump, 41, has got her Instagram followers talking for other reasons this week, as they have noticed that she has lost a *lot* of weight since her mother, Ivana Trump, passed away in July 2022. Although there may have been subtle changes to her appearance towards the end of last year, the difference was extremely noticeable in a carousel of images the former First Daughter posted on the platform on January 29th, captioned “Feeling the NY winter vibes,” followed by a snowflake emoji, leaving her fans extremely worried!
Fans Say They Are 'So Worried' About Ivanka Trump's Weight Loss On Instagram
"Love you but you need to eat. Not looking well at all," one fan commented, to which another fan replied, "Agree," with the 100% emoji. "You lost so much weight since your mom passed away," another fan noted in the comments section. "Don't get me wrong it's not body shaming, I'm just concerned. You're always beautiful and I'm sure you'll be the first female president of the US, please take care," they added, while another said, "Not looking like yourself lately" and another said, "So worried about you!"
"Losing her mom has to be difficult," replied another fan. "That was my first thought. She looks way too thin!" exclaimed another, while another clarified that they weren’t "body shaming," but were simply "concerned because she doesn't look healthy. Probably it was too hard losing her mom." They added, "I hope she can get better soon." Another added: "She looks tiny from weight loss. I hope she’s okay too."
Fans Reference Ivanka's Shrinking Frame At Her Sister's Wedding
Fans also referenced how thin she looked at her younger sister Tiffany Trump's wedding in November last year. "I was in shock when I saw her in her sister's wedding and in the last photos she lost more weight," one fan noticed. "I agree she is starting to look waaay too thin," another fan said, adding, "I’m going to get hammered now for saying that! I’m not body shaming at all it’s just a concerning type of too thin. She looks like she lost even more weight since her sister's wedding photos," followed by a crying face emoji.
Other fans noted how being Donald Trump's daughter could be a stressful factor in itself, which could also be unexpectedly contributing to the weight loss. "It’s not easy to be in the spotlight and everybody hate your father. It’s not fair to her. I’ve always admired her and always will," one fan wrote, while another thought, "She lost weight because she's in financial and legal problems." Another quipped, "You would lose weight too worrying about what she knows."
Stressful Factors In Ivanka Trump's Life
Perhaps the weight loss is also attributed to other stressful factors in her life, such as the ongoing fraud lawsuit filed against her, her father Donald Trump, and her brothers Donald Trump Jr and Eric Trump back in September, as well as testifying last year to the US House of Representatives committee investigating the January 6th 2021 siege on the US Capitol.
And even though the mom-of-three said she was going to be taking a backseat this time around to focus on her family (in reference to husband Jared Kushner, 42, and their three children Arabella, 11, Joseph, 9, and Theodore, 6, we expect that her father's third bid for the presidency will still have some sort of impact (read: stress) on her life.
