- JuliaLondon, United Kingdom197 contributionsWow, just wowWhat a fantastic park! We were skeptical and did not think it can be THIS good but it was. It's simpy fantastic and whoever manages the park has done a phenomenal job. Everything is really well thought out - lockers all over the park, lots of shaded areas, lots of sun loungers and chairs, plenty of spots to get food and drink. The only thing we struggled with is finding showers/changing rooms but that's me just nit picking. Cannot wait to return!Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We are delighted to hear that you had such a fantastic time at Siam Park. We appreciate your feedback on the showers/changing rooms and will take that into consideration for future improvements. We look forward to welcoming you back to Siam Park soon!Written 27 April 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited April 2023Written 26 April 2023
- Ian MStirling, United Kingdom22 contributionsFantastic day outMy first visit to Siam Park and will definitely be back. We opted for the park entry and food/drink option that cost 54€ (entry and 15€ towards food and drink). Its a great day out, plenty to do and on our day (Monday) no need for fast passes. Very clean, lockers are essential, food and drinks are very reasonable and we didnt feel ripped off ( not in Disney way). It has an excellent area for kids and has plenty to suit families. We were 4 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our day. One good thing and probably clever on Siams part is that you can buy another day ticket in the park for 20€ which can be used within 14 days.....Good ploy as its a really good and fun day out .Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your first visit to Siam Park together with kids and friends! - mark1eePlymouth, United Kingdom59 contributionsMust Visit In TenerifeOnce again Siam Park did not disappoint, if you are visiting Tenerife this is a must do attraction for young and old (adult) kids alike. The best slide for us has to be The Singha, this slide is like riding a roller coaster on water, very fast and very twisty with water jets and tunnels to keep you amused. The Tower Of Power is also a must at least once if you visit. It's no wonder it's been voted the worlds best waterpark 5 years running.Thank you for your positive review of Siam Park! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your visit. We are proud to have been voted the world's best waterpark and appreciate your recommendation to others visiting Tenerife. Took taxi to parc and back only 16 euros total for 6 of us. Lazy river is always great fun. Food was better than expected and reasonably priced. Good changing facilities and towel hire was good.Thank you for sharing your positive experience at the park! It's great to hear that you enjoyed your time at Siam Park. - Lee CTiverton, United Kingdom7 contributionsJust wowWhat an amazing place. Excellent rides and great food. Pretty expensive overall but you can buy 2nd visit ticket at the park for €21 when you leave. I recommend 'The Volcano' you honestly don't know if you've died of still alive during that one !😂Thank you for your enthusiastic review of Siam Park! We're thrilled to hear that you had an amazing time and enjoyed our fun rides. We truly appreciate your recommendation and your kind words. Should you have any further feedback or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us. - TengieneBalbriggan, Ireland1,717 contributionsSiam ParadiseAll 18.5 hectares of Siam Park, including all attractions, park buildings and restaurants, are decorated in a Siamese theme. The park was opened by the princess of Thailand. Owned by the same owner as Loro Parque, which makes it possible to purchase double tickets, allowing you to visit both parks at a discount. The “calling card” of the water park is the 28-meter slide “Tower of power”. The water park is one of the most amazing family experiences on the island and is themed around a tropical Thai paradise including temples, cascading waterfalls and epic views. There’s is no booking time slots and this is worst, as it is unlimited crowd entering the park. Because of uncontrolled amount of people there are huge queue in every attraction. It is not enough time to see the whole park, one day is not enough. I would advise to buy fast track, have your own lunch (to save the time), and buy combo tickets. It is very interesting place but disappointing because of the queues.Thank you for your comment and your time. Your opinion is important for us. - Rebecca ONottingham, United Kingdom13 contributionsVery good water parkGood day out. We went on a Wednesday and if we went again then we would definitely get fast passes as some queues were very long. We were there within an hour of opening and had to go to three locker rooms before there was one available. Food and drink was reasonably priced. Water shoes are a good idea as can't wear flip flops on most slides. They are available to buy in the park. The signage around the park isn't greatThank you for your comment and your time. - James MBarnet, United Kingdom16 contributionsFun fuelled adrenaline day outFun day out with many adrenaline fuelled rides to go on. I was a bit apprehensive about visiting the park as i am a big man and I had heard about weigh limits and restrictions for the rides. The judging looks from the lifeguards monitoring the rides were intimidating and were not subtle about their concerns. The first double ride me and my partner got on, the lifeguard caused a scene stating that my size is not safe for the ride as a couple, I understand they do this due to safety issues but there is a way of doing things. The restrictions were 315kg for 4 persons ride, 180kg for 2 persons ride apart from the Singha ride which is 240kg for 2 persons. Other than Singha me and my partner together we were above the weight limit but had no issues when sharing with other couples on 4 person rides and also the 180kg limited rides. However, one life guard allowed us to go on the rides as singles but stated I should use a double ring for the ride. Some rides that were for 4 persons stated that they could also be 2 persons, some lifeguards didn’t allow it and a couple that wanted to go alone had to go with another couple that were strangers. Besides this, the overall experience of the park was great and brilliant for families and friends. Queues for rides are shaded and waiting time we very short in mid-end May midweek, the park is cleverly hidden from the residential area by foliage. The park itself is beautifully designed and maintained well. Another downside to this park is accessibility for disabled or reduced mobility users as it is very hilly and only stairs to access rides. Big shout out to Sheila at the Thai House who was very friendly, welcoming and engaging despite her little English but was keen to learn and engage with service users. Maybe she should train the lifeguards on Customer service and experience. Thank you Sheila.Thank you for your review! We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit. The lost kingdom was great for my 7 Yr old who was just too short to go on some of the bigger slides. Good fun for the adults too on the big ones and topped off with a great family ride around the lazy river. Take some of those beach/water shoes with you as the floor gets scorching hot 🔥Thank you for your wonderful review! We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit. Absolutely fantastic great for family’s & most rides are for 4 or 2 people so you can enjoy it together. Caps available for €1 & water shoes are a must at €10.

The park is beatiful, very well designed to have space to move and shade. The slides vary from going alone, 2 people and 4 people. There are with rubber rings and without. There are 2 'beaches ' also, so if you just want to relax in the sun while the kids roam the park.

#1 in the world for a reason. Absolutely spectacular. Every ride has something, all completely different but some of the most up to date technology on the rides I've ever seen. The queues weren't too bad, but I would advise to get there early so avoid the coaches turning up at 1030, then do all your favourite rides early on. Lockers are available and worth while as is the beach and wave machine. Take water shoes though as it's a long trek around and the concrete is rough. Great day out. Would fly 4 hours just to go here again.

We went to Siam Park for the day as part of my hen weekend! I have been several times before and knew we were all in for so much fun!! Whilst sitting having a drink/snack (above the fairly deep fish pond) I noticed that my engagement ring when I had taken off to itch my finger was missing from the table. I immediately panicked and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent a diver down into the fish pond who searched for 30 minutes and found my ring! Every member of staff I spoke to was super friendly helpful and put me at ease! We all agreed had this been in the UK the efforts to find the ring would never have been as in-depth! I had a bride headband on and so many staff members congratulated me, hugged me and wished me the best! Siam park should be so proud of their staff as they are top notch!

Turned up at 9:30, don’t go any later!! You need to be there early and you beat all the queues.
Find a locker straight away and PAY FOR FAST PASS. It is expensive but it’s worth it, we paid €42 for entry and €28 for fast pass pp, €7 for parking and €5 for locker, not a cheap day out but worth it. You can do all rides before 12:30 without fast pass (if you get there before it opens and are one of the first in) without queuing then use your fast pass for the second time around the park, you can use it once on all rides then unlimited on one of your choice) We didn’t try food but seemed reasonably priced. All rides amazing fun. Lazy river is quite slow so be prepared and can imagine its carnage in the summer. Definitely turn up when the park opens, don’t go if you’re looking for a cheap day out.

Third time around. This Is a fantastic place, excellent thrills. BUT it’s too crowded these days. Had to take a pass on most slides because of the queus. Waited for an hour in a queu to Dragon. Half an hour at least to less popular slides.
If you don’t get the fast pass, don’t go. Try again Next morning. Fast pass Is a must, without it it’s just standing on a line. The park should really limit the daily visits and propably get rid off the fast pass system.

Amazing water park. Signs not very clear where slides are. But for €42 for the ticket €10 for a locker and €7 parking for all day in a waterpark like that is worth it and I can't swim!!

Absolutely horrific place.
Not clear where anything is in the park, mad rush to get a seat or sun lounger.
Absolute carnage trying to get food of any description.
Just sat on the lazy river not moving it was that packed and the whole place could do with a good clean.
At a cost of £150 for a family of 4 plus £80 on awful food forget it!!

It is a very good watermark but you spend most of your day queuing. We tried to get the free bus but the first one didn't turn up so we ended up getting on a public bus and walking the short walk. Would not rely on the free bus. Getting in to the park too a while too and it was so busy. It was then a bit of a walk to children's bit where we set up on some sunbeds. The queues for lockers was all the way up the hill. We did find a shorter queue for lockers at another location in the park but it did mean having a locker a bit further from where we had based ourselves. I didn't feel comfortable letting the kids go around alone as the park is so big but had no choice to allow the older ones to do so as they wanted different attractions than the younger ones. The kids only got to go on about 3 rides after the queuing. Plus they got to the top of one and had to wait ages as there was three of them and the ride only allows 4 all together so they had to wait for a single person.
Many rides you need exactly 4 people.
As mentioned it is great park but too busy. We went to Aqualand after and enjoyed it much better.
Queues for food are also huge. We managed to get a voucher for free burgers from attraction tickets so would recommend doing this if you decide to go.
Personally we would not return and would go to the quieter aqualand instead.

Hi I am wondering if they allow you to wear a waterproof waist bag for phone & euros going down the slides? We go here in couple of weeks and wanting to get some photo’s and food etc without having to go back and forth to the lockers.

You can wear 'pool' shoes. Other shoes you have to take off. There are places to leave them at the bottom of the rides before you make the climb to the top. Some people with flip flops put them over their hands to do the rides.
I have booked the jacaranda + Siam park unlimited tickets.how do I get hold of the tickets? The hotel have said to get in touch with jet2

Question about Siam park if anyone can answer please 🤞🏾
I will get a locker to put bags etc in
But I was just wondering about sun beds and the rules about leaving towels on them whilst going on the rides,
is this allowed or will they be removed ?
Thanks 😊

I have purchased general admission ticket from the official Siam park website, it says a pacific date, do we have to go that day or is it valid to go any day if our stay?
