If the artist knew the history of the Titanic (which I assume this is supposed to be), they’d know that survivors were called liars for decades when they described the boat tipping up and splitting it in half, and recordings like this would’ve broadcast the truth.

There are people who still debate elements of the Titanic today because we're lacking records. We don't even know how many blades were on its central propellor, because it was swapped out at the last minute.
Also, modern investigators would love this much footage of a sinking.
