Hugh Lambert, a Broadway and Hollywood dancer-choreographer and husband...

LOS ANGELES -- Hugh Lambert, a Broadway and Hollywood dancer-choreographer and husband of Nancy Sinatra, has died of cancer, his family announced Tuesday. He was 55.

Lambert died Sunday at Sherman Oaks Community Hospital, said Susan Reynolds, a family spokeswoman. Services were held Tuesday at Westwood Memorial Park.

Lambert, who was born in Metuchen, N.J., danced in the Broadway productions of 'Wonderful Town,' 'Flower Drum Song' and other musicals, Reynolds said. He choreographed 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying' and the television programs, 'The Ed Sullivan Show,' 'The Perry Como Show' and 'Laugh In.'

Lambert was the director of the entertainment program at President Reagan's inaugural gala in 1981.

He is survived by his wife; daughters Amanda, 9, and A.J. 11; two children by a previous marriage, Griffin and Cody; his father and nine brothers and sisters.
