Hugh Grosvenor, the 7th Duke of Westminster, will marry Olivia Henson next June at Chester Cathedral. The couple, who met through friends, got engaged at the Duke's family home at Eaton Hall in Cheshire in April 2023, and a spokesperson shared, "Members of both their families are absolutely delighted with the news."

Grosvenor and Henson will tie the knot on June 7, 2024, with a spokesperson saying, "The couple have chosen the cathedral for both its beauty and long association with the Grosvenor family, including to the Duke personally. Cheshire is the Grosvenor family’s ancestral home and as Miss Henson’s connection to the region continues to grow, they are keen to plan their wedding there."

Grosvenor, who inherited the Duke of Westminster title and a £9 billion estate after his father's sudden heart attack in 2016, has deep connections to the royal family. His godfather is King Charles, and he is one of Prince George's godfathers. In addition, his mother Natalia is godmother to Prince William, and Princess Diana was godmother to one of his sisters, Lady Edwina Grosvenor. In fact, earlier this year, Kate Middleton stepped out with Lady Edwina to open Hope Street, a community center created by Edwina's charity One Small Thing.

Henson, the future Duchess of Westminster, graduated from Trinity College in 2016, where she studied Hispanic Studies and Italian, according to the Telegraph. She now works for Belazu, a gourmet food company.

At the wedding, it's likely we will see many members of the royal family in attendance, reportedly King Charles, Queen Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales. However, one member—Prince Harry—was allegedly not invited.

A friend of William and Harry's told the Sunday Times, "It’s incredibly sad it has come to this. Hugh is one of very few close friends of William and Harry’s who has maintained strong bonds and a line of communication with both. He wishes they could put their heads together and patch things up, but realises it’s unlikely to happen before the wedding. He wanted to avoid anything overshadowing the day, especially for Olivia, and doesn’t want any awkwardness."

Grosvenor's spokesman told Tatler, "We are not in a position to comment on the guest list."
