Million dollar babies!
Hilary Swank revealed on Wednesday that she is pregnant with twins.
The 48-year-old actress told the “Good Morning America” co-hosts that she was “so happy” to share news of her pregnancy.
“This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time, and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom,” she gushed. “And not just of one but of two.”
The Oscar winner went on to say that she “can’t believe it.”
She later appeared on “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” where she cradled her baby bump in a patterned dress.
“I’m feeling great right now,” she told Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest, adding that her clothes have “started not to fit.”
Swank has been vocal about her plans for children over the years.
“I definitely would like kids someday,” the “Boys Don’t Cry” star told People in 2006. “That’s definitely something that I’ve always thought about as a very, very young girl.”
Swank noted at the time that she “love[s] kids,” adding, “That would be an important thing to happen for me someday whenever the time is right.”
The “Alaska Daily” star was married to Chad Lowe at the time, but she divorced the actor, now 54, the following year.
Swank went on to date her agent John Campisi from 2007 to 2012 and was briefly engaged to financial adviser Ruben Torres in 2016 before moving on with her now-husband, Philip Schneider.
Swank and the producer tied the knot in August 2018 after two years of dating.
On their first anniversary, the “Million Dollar Baby” star gushed about their marriage via Instagram.
“It’s been a year!!” she captioned a smiling snap. “The best of my life…besides the first year…and second year together. Happy one year wedding anniversary, to the love of my life.”
