Dr. Cesar Alvarez - PrincipalDr. Cesar Alvarez has been named the principal at Heritage Elementary School. With more than two decades of experience in public education, Dr. Alvarez most recently served as an Assistant Principal at Westfield High School. Prior to that, he served as a principal in Kansas City, Kansas, where he successfully led efforts to boost attendance and averaged a 15% increase in student achievement across all subjects.
