Michael B. Jordan just completed a Hollywood rite of passage: hosting Saturday Night Live

The actor was joined by musical guest Lil Baby. During his monologue, Jordan finally addressed his highly publicized breakup with model and entrepreneur Lori Harvey. “Right after [filming Creed III,] I went through my very first public breakup," he said.

Filming began in June, and the two broke up last June, having been together for over a year. And now…he’s on the apps. Well, one app in particular.

"Most people after a breakup are like, I'm going to get in better shape. But I was already in Creed shape!" he continued, unabashedly sliding in a promotional plug for his new boxing film. "So I had to be like, All right, I guess I'll learn a new language. Anyway, estoy en Raya."

Jordan is selling himself short. He’s not just learning a new language — he’s also throwing himself into directing. In addition to starring in Creed III, the upcoming movie, set to release March 3, will be his directorial debut.

Over the course of the show, Jordan starred in several sketches. His list of acting credits now includes Jake from State Farm and a Southwest Airlines agent.

Harvey has also moved on, going Instagram officially last weekend with new beau actor Damson Idris. The two shared a sweet picture from her 26th birthday celebration that had guests like Lizzo and Kendall Jenner.
