I haven't tried it in 24 yet but in 23, Joe Gacy vs Bron Breakker had some. I can't imagine it was removed.
A good rule of thumb is that if someone is or was DLC, they'll have some rivalry commentary based on some of their recent opponents/feuds IRL.

I like testing out the attitude era ones. I’m sure Stone Cold/Rikishi, Eddie/RVD have them. Its always a nice surprise hearing about throwback moments from 25 years ago
I think Elite Cena and Elite Rhodes have unique commentary but i could be wrong
