Sadly - almost no written description in English, so you need to pick up the audio description headphones (or the several-Gygabyte-heavy phone app).

I was the only one in the museum and was able to make as much of my own sounds and have my own thoughts the whole visit. It was a very nice experience and I enjoyed the interactivity of parts of the exhibit. Very nice space. I’m gonna start with the positives. Buying the tickets in advance (online) is cheaper compared to buying the tickets in the zoo itself. However you can’t just scan the tickets on a machine and go in but you need to go to a counter. I bought the cheaper tickets since I’m a student and the lady only said “Ermäßigung” (card that students get in Germany), I absolutely understand that she needs to check it since it was cheaper but she was quite rude. Also the price just doesn’t justify the experience there. There is a very good panorama of the city. You can borrow a small “vehicle” for the kids since they are gonna be tired since it is pretty steep at some places. The zoo itself is very pretty and it has a lot of animals you can look at. But if you do have kids that is nice, I guess. The zoo itself seems to be doing alot for animal rights even though the tigers, lions and chimpanzees all have very little space. Animals like monitors, snakes, all sorts of smaller ones have great enclosures. It is on a hill, not steep at all but just so you are aware.

The pool and slide were perfect and nice. The food was great, too. The staff was nice. But the problem was the cleaner. She closed the toilet around 9. First of all they moved us from the table that they seated us at the first time. Then we ordered the drinks and the food, the food took so so long to arrive, we asked for a rare / medium rare hamburger and it was more than well done. But the worst part was that we ordered fries and they never arrived, just plain burgers without anything to eat with. A mess to be honest, the hamburgers were nice but not as good as we expected them.

Great cocktails, good service quality, good variety of drinks including rare gins that yiu won't even find on the menu. Average age is a bit higher than other locations on Kl. Ulrichstraße (approx. mid 40s), but that might be due to the higher than usual prices in Halle. Non-smoking which is a huge plus. I'll recommend to stop by if you are around

Lujah is definitely a good place to go if you want to enjoy a good drink in a nice atmosphere. Regardless if on business or private occasion my guests were always happy with selection of food and drinks as well as service received. There is a very solid selection of rum, gin and whiskey. In summer you can sit outside on the terrace or inside, in winter only inside. Highly recommended.

Best gin selection in town, and cocktails are very well made. Also good choices for rums and whiskeys. Savory and sweet quick bites are also available if you're hungry.

Had to call 3 times to find out where my delivery is. Took 25 minutes delivery time for 10 minutes walking distance or 2 minutes with the car. They didn't update the delivery status. Even after I called once they didn't update the status. It was my first experience and it was very disappointing. Amazing food, horrible service. Everyone in my dinner party loved our meals, very very good food here. Unfortunately the service was awful. We arrived on time for our 19:30 dinner reservations and we were seated immediately, but at about 20:00 a server made us get up and move to another table after we had already been served drinks. The server was rude and snobbish about it, did not offer us an apology, and did not carry our drinks for us even though our hands were clearly full carrying our jackets and bags. Totally embarrassing for us and unprofessional of the restaurant to mess up a dinner reservation seating and treat us like the problem. Would not recommend, which is a shame because the food is some of the best I've had in Halle.

I had a lovely time in Viet Village. Came here with my pals, didn't expect a lot cuz I wasn't from the area. It looked nice, the staff was awesome. Super friendly, even down for little jokes. And than the food 🤯 best Vietnamese food I had so far. Super tasty. Big variety. Also dishes you don't see that often. Also very cool, that they had lots of vegan/ vegetarian options available. Loved it. Highly recommendable. Only downside - that's why there is only 4 stars for atmosphere - there was a little crappy music 😂

Picked this restaurant to eat out with the family. Food is not particularly freshly prepared. Very pricey for the quality. The cocktail I took was not good and I asked for a change. I was given another one with less ingredients than the first one. This is a bad practice. I will not visit the place again.

Our order took soo long to get ready and at least three other tables that arrived after us got their orders. We were wondering what could have gone wrong and even avoided ordering dessert because of that. Fish tasted like nothing, I had to put salt to feel something. Pasta was also not good at all. Unfortunately I cannot recommend. The ambience looks like we are in the 80s. But worse part was the looong waiting plus bad food, which was very pricey. As per other comments I also agree that the antipasti were cheap stuff bought at discounter. Disappointed with all.

Excellent service and ambience, but the quality of the ingredients is very poor. Antipasti ingredients taste as though they come from a discount German supermarket: Cold canned mushrooms, German pickles, cheap prosciutto, etc. Recipes are much too adapted to local tastes. The pizza is as good as it can be given the poor ingredients.

This Italian restaurant is excellent on many levels. The entrees are great and range from Pizza to gnocchi to other pasta dishes. The desserts are incredible including the tiramisu and the perfideroles that my wife is still talking about 4 days later.

Me and my husband came when it start raining outside. We ordered a peppermint tea, black beer and a warm appetizer for both of us, because we are not so hungry. But as a customer, we expecting a standard price with an equal service with another guests, especially with an expensive menu in this restaurant. We saw the guests beside us and behind us, they got an apparative before the main menu, just us did not get anything. We also get no free liquor after finish. Maybe because we just entered the restaurant when it was heavily raining, so maybe we look like a poor tourist and did not look as good as the other guests. The floor are so slippery, they need to clean it more to avoid an accident. The waiter also look so unfriendly when we say we would like to pay with a ec-card. Isn't it normal nowadays in Europe to pay anything with ec-card? The only good thing about this restaurant is just the delicious food. I'm hoping to get a better service for 23€ ( appetizer and drinks ) in one time sitting.

The place was nice with friendly staff. The girl who took our order spoke English. Food wise, tried two different kinds of pizzas, but didn't really like either. I have had better pizzas in other places in Halle for cheaper.

They are making simple and plain pizza. Doesnt taste perfect, but good, it s thin and just a little bit cheaper.

I enjoyed a vegetarian spinach pie of decent size and small price (very nice, no rhyme intended) followed by a tiramisu topped with pomegranate seeds (also very nice) and a cappuccino (coincidentally also very nice). The staff is very friendly and seems to genuinely care about your opinion of the food. The interior is neat, cozy and clean. The music playlist choice of the day included "Mastermind" by Deltron 3030 (a new favorite) and the classic "Scary Movies" by Adam J among other rap hits which was great. The volume was at a decent level. My watch measured 60db on average during my visit at noon on a Sunday, making for an enjoyable ambiente. Still, if you find yourself disagreeing with the playlist contents, Rote Soße also offers outdoor seating in the shade. In short: thoroughly enjoyed it on every level.

Best salad I had.. They make pizza mainly but I wasn't so hungry and picked the rote sosse salad and did not regret it! Employees are very nice and the place was clean. Prices are may be just a little above average but it worth it. I would visit again for this salad.. Edit: I'm back after 5 years and this time tried pizza. It was also very good! Happy to be back, although I forgot I was here, it made me happy to be back. I guess my subconscious chose it since I liked a lot 5 years ago =)

On Saturday afternoon we were struggling to find a restaurant open for early dinner (16:00). Walking Gr Ulrichstrasse there was a strong aroma of a good food being cooked near by. And that’s how we found this place. Very friendly staff, cozy space, great menu and Czech beer. We ordered Garlic soup and Pumpkin soup - both highly recommendable. But the dish which stole our hearts and stomachs was Rinderrouladen. Delicious. Perfect combination with potato’s and red cabbage. This hit the spot as none long before. Definitely going back when next time in town.
