Simply the best afternoon tea in town, Leo and his team are absolutely outstanding. Food is to the point, amazing selection of wine and champagne, tea selection is beyond belief.

Amazing afternoon tea. Would highly recommend. Staff were super friendly and excellent customer service all round. The pianist in the lounge was really good and made the experience very good.

From entering to leaving the service was top class. Ambience with the piano in the background was just perfect. The attention by the staff was faultless. Food n drinks excellent. Had a wonderful mother's day out. The perfect afternoon tea.

One of the best afternoon teas in a pleasant environment, and will certainly book again. Two enjoyable savouries followed by a great selection of sandwiches, and it also came with scones and cakes. More sandwiches were offered which was appreciated. Service was good. Only two things let it down; the champagne could have been colder when first served, and the person with the very long black hair hanging down, and constantly being flicked, should not have been anywhere near the service. Other service staff were very smartly turned out.

This was my sister and I’s first time at high tea, the experience was amazing. I’ve never felt so catered too, especially having a nut allergy which they made sure everything was nut free. Our server Altay was also wonderful as he really treated us, gave us extra goodies, took our picture, really exceptional service. Scones, desserts, and tea were so flavorful!

Everything is perfect. The service provided by Irina and Leo is excellent! They are so professional and always provides service straight from the heart! The atmosphere is comfortable and it’s definitely a perfect place for friends gathering!

My wife Diana and myself would like to thank all the Management and Staff at the beautiful Grosvenor House Green Room for a very memorable Valentine's Day afternoon tea. We were very well taken care of by all our servers especially a wonderful lady from Greece (apologies I cant recall her name) and a gentleman named Altay, who were both consummate professionals that impressed us with their knowledge of both the menu and their own recommendations to match our personal tastes. We will definitely pay you a vist again in the (hopefully not too distant) future - many thanks again! Kind regards, Nabeel
