I saw a clip of a personification of death/the grim reaper and he was helping this women process the end of life and all that comes with it. I believe I vaguely remember him reassuring the woman that her family would give her a proper funeral and that they would mourn her greatly. I've asked about this before and here are the list of movies/shows it isn't: meet joe black, supernatural s06e11, Brian & the Grim Reaper. I remember he was black and had a very soothing, deep voice. Not so sure what accent I think it might of been but I don't believe it was American.
