I don’t know how Brownie has done this for so long. What torture. A few years of good ball with epic late season collapses and then 2013-2015. Aside from that it’s been a revolving door of Joe Randas, Lyle Overbays and salary dumps.
He seems miffed at times but never downright angry until last week when he almost lost his shit on a called strike 3.
I may have to start watching just so I can hear him go off. Good for him. He deserves to after all the misery he’s seen for decades. Could you imagine having to go to work everyday and fake enthusiasm?
I don't even think he's faking enthusiasm. If you weren't excited about the team, you wouldn't get frustrated when they are bad. He hams it up ofc but thats always expected.
He strikes me a strange man and I wish he'd retire quite honestly. I'll prepare for my downvotes.
