Larry Wayne Phillips, 60, Altoona, formerly of Martinsburg, died Monday. He was born in Roaring Spring, son of Grace (Metzker) Phillips and the late Frederick Phillips. Surviving are his mother; children: Amber and Dustin Phillips and Holly Bem; a sister-in-law, Gabi Williams; and grandchildren: Matthew Pearson, Billy and Damien Miller, Kaitlyn and McKenzie Bem, Nicholas and Aniyah Phillips. Larry was predeceased by a son, Christopher; and a brother, Allen. A Celebration of Life service is planned for a later date. Arrangements by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.
