This CD was a true blessing for us Darin fans. While not all of these tracks are perfect, there are some very exceptional performances included in this wonderful package. Some of my personal favorites are: "(Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher And Higher", "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling", "Oh Lord, Where Is My Baby", "Proud Mary (Version 2)" and "I Think The Devil Must Be Beating His Wife". And that Symphony Mix of "Melodie" is truly something special! I prefer it so much more than the version that was released. Sometimes I wonder why they shelved literally ALL of this wonderful work. Not even release some of them as singles. I could definitely see "Cindy", "Higher and Higher", "We're Getting There", "Stray Dog" work as fun singles. I would like to see some of these tracks get released on vinyl for the very first time. Future RSD release perhaps?
