But over the seasons, Gizelle isn’t a fan favourite anymore. With changing loyalties and always instigating drama, Gizelle is always on the wrong side of Twitter fans.

2. She Was married to a pastor

Bryant was married to megachurch pastor Jamal Bryant who pastored the Empowerment Temple AME Church in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the “First Lady” of the church and dedicated herself to working alongside her husband. She was married to Jamal for about 7 to 8 years before the marriage ended due to her husband’s infidelity. They tried to make it work years after their divorce again, but it didn’t work due to his wandering eye-allegedly.  Pastor Bryant is known for his work with the movement Black Lives Matter.

5. She Built Her Own Home

Since moving on from her marriage, Bryant took her daughters and moved back to the Potomac area, a city called Bethesda. She and her daughters live in a $1.6 million home where her life’s details and busy schedules are played out for the world to see. But after years of paying rent, she decided to buy a home and renovate it to her liking. Now she owns her home after thousands in repair and renovations.

After months of monitoring by her doctors, Gizelle revealed on an episode of real housewives of Potomac that her fibroids are getting worse. Now the doctors couldn’t only remove her fibroids; she had to undergo a hysterectomy(removal of the uterus). Despite putting on a brave face, Gizelle was worried about going for the operation alone and what life would be like afterward. But she seemed to be recovering well during Ashley Darby’s birthday in Mexico weeks later.

7. She Started her own make-up line

Before Rihanna launched Fenty, there was EveryHue Beauty. Bryant launched her line of makeup in 2017. The brand EveryHue Beauty was focused on creating a line of products for women of color. With every shade. Bryant claims that the unique products in her line is a tinted moisturizer designed to meet all women’s needs, regardless of race. She is in the process of negotiations, trying to get her products into all the retail market stores. Sadly the business had to shut down during the Covid pandemic of 2020.

When the first season of Potomac started, she was working on a book about her life as an ex-pastor wife. And she had a lot to tell! She published this page-turner titled ‘My World’ in 2019. She has also written a couple of magazine articles throughout the years and says she loves writing.

While married to Pastor Bryant, the two had three daughters together, Grace, Angel, and Adore. When her marriage was falling apart, the girls were very young, all under three, making it very difficult for her as a newly single parent. However, after sticking around for a year, she decided she didn’t want this to be the type of relationship her girls grew up watching, full of fights and unhappiness. She left her husband in Baltimore and returned to Potomac. Her girls are grown up, and she recently celebrated her twin’s sweet sixteen.

It is said that Bryant has a net worth of about $4 million, which isn’t too shabby. It’s accumulated from several things, including her divorce, role on RHOP, home, business, podcast, and other sponsors. This is one intelligent lady, and there is no doubt that her net worth will continue to grow. She has said that she will be using her money to provide for her girls and live a comfortable life on her terms.
