Biography
Gerald was born in 1924. He was the son of Henry Lascelles and Princess Mary Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha. He passed away in 1998.
15 Jul 1952: "The wedding at St. Margaret's, Westminster, this afternoon, of the Hon. Gerald David Lascelles, cousin of the Queen, and Miss Angela Dowding, was a brilliant occasion. Mr. Gerald Lascelles, aged 28, younger son of the Princess Royal and of the late Earl of Harewood is 13th in line of succession to the throne. Miss Anglea Dowding, 33 former E.N.S.A. actress, is the daughter of Lady Fox and step daughter of Sir John Fox of York Terrace, Regents Park, London."[1]
