George Lee was a member of the aristocracy in England.

George Henry Lee, 2nd Earl of Lichfield, (12 Mar 1689-15 Feb 1743) was the son of Edward Henry Lee, 1st Earl of LIchfield and Lady Charlotte FitzRoy, ill. dau. of King Charles II and his mistress Lady Barbara Villiers. He succeeded his father as 2nd Earl of Lichfield 14 Jul 1716. He m. bef. May 1718 Frances Hales (b. c. 1698; d. 3 Feb 1769; bur. at St Pancras, co. Middlesex), only dau. of Sir John Hales, 4th Bt., of Hackington, co. Kent, self styled 2nd Earl of Tenterden, by his first wife Helen Mary Catherine Arundell, dau. of Sir Richard Bealing later Arundell.
