    Excellent view from above.
Came for an early visit, so did not have to wait long to be allowed into the tower. I loved how we had already spent a couple of days visiting other key locations in the city, and could now see them again from this new perspective. Great visit.

    Nice but expensive
Brilliant views of Berlin. Lovely experience. We did the breakfast offer 3 of us c€100 but beware drinks aren’t included. 8 euros for a coke. So in short, lovely to visit but expensive. Definitely do the restaurant for the best view though rather than the observation.

    Expensive
If you are loaded take a trip, maybe book in advance and have a meal. Fun thing to do but very expensive. Had lots of information about what you were seeing. Wouldn’t go in high winds as I could feel it move in a breeze

    Stunning views and structure
Stunning views on a clear day and very informative 360degree display (albeit some of the text needs updating). It is wonderful to be inside the tower and view the whole city below. You can get tickets in advance. We went mid-morning on a Monday in early May and there was no queue. Expect to have your bag checked before entry.

    Superb views
Great 360 degree views of the city with helpful info available in German, English, French and Spanish. We went one late Tuesday afternoon in late May - no queue. It’s not cheap and can get very busy, so choose your visiting time carefully.

    Very worthwhile
Go early and allow at least 90 mins! We booked for 10am and it was fairly quiet, but by 1100 it was getting busy and the (unnecessary) music was turned on. By the time we left at 1145 it was busy. There are 60 panels, each with four buildings/areas highlighted, so it will take time to read them all. Obviously, some are more interesting than others and sadly, some are out of date! The views are good but it was a hot spell, so a bit hazy. It would be really good on a clear winter's day!

Unforgettable experience on top of the tower
We booked restaurant tickets in advance and booked a table by the window. Food and service were impeccable. Starters, main dishes, deserts, wine were delicious, and our waiter was very helpful and professional. Views were amazing, we took a lot of photos. Highly recommend.

A stunning landmark with lovely views around Berlin
The Berlin TV Tower offers great views around Berlin. There was a short line to wait to get on the elevator since only a certain amount of people is sllowed to be on top. There’s a security check before getting to the elevator on the 2nd floor. There are two lines to the security check area and you don’t always get to go in the order of arrival it seems. Elevator ride is quite fast and you see the elevstor shaft above you. When you arrive on the viewing level, you can find a bar there. Prices are really high! We tried one of their signature drinks and it didn’t do what it was told to do, but tasted nice. Views are great and information about the sights is provided on the window ills. To go down, we had to queue quite a while. There’s also a revolving restaurant one floor up (stairs go up), and you need a ticket to get there (buy that instead of the regular one). I think you’ll also need a reservation to get there. At least during the summer weekend we visited, the restaurant was fully booked at least one week ahead. There’s also a VR experience available downstairs with extra cost and the souvenier shop is located downstairs. The TV Tower is also a beautiful landmark from outside. You can marvel it both far away (outskirts of Berlin) and closeby. If you don’t fancy seeing the views around Berlin from up above, just coming to see this at Alexanderplatz might be the best option for you. The location makes it extremely easy to reach since it’s in the middle of major public transport hub. It’s also surrounded by countless dining and cafe options as well as shops and other well-known tourist attractions.

Got off at Alexanderplatz S bahn station and as you walk outside I looked across and saw the TV Tower, Crossing the tram tracks and walked towards it. Alexanderplatz has plenty of places to eat and shop..Waited for my timed entry which I prebooked and went in, The lift is very fast and it takes only a few minutes to reach the top. The views are stunning and as you walk round the top there are picture placards telling you what you are looking at..You can stay as long as you wish as well.. After I came down to the main entrance I prebooked with my entrance ticket With a extra visual expierience, Absolutely brilliant, You wear these goggles and headphones in your own language it tells you the story of how Berlin grew from 1237 to the present day, Turn your head 90 degress and you can witness all of the figures in moving form, The realism is fantastic..Well worth the extra money.. The staff were great as well...

    Great views
Great views of the city, easy access and really thorough history and context of the buildings you can see from the tower. We weren’t quite expecting how different the architecture was East vs West but you could see it clearly from up the tower which was great. The VR experience was good, and we would recommend, however make sure you get the combined ticket as the VR is not worth the money on it’s own (also check the ticket as we asked for the combined but they gave us it separately so we had to pay more for each one).

Very expensive compared to other similar towers in Germany with less to do. Herded up to the lift to find that you could look out the windows, drink at the overpriced bar or use the vending machine. Viewing windows are set too far away from where you stand to really appreciate the height.

This is a must do in Berlin! We had a 3 course meal in the restaurant which was amazing and the restaurant did a 360 spin, providing the perfect view of the city. It was amazing!

We booked tickets online in advance and printed out our tickets at home and brought them with us but you can also buy tickets at the entrance or online and download them to your phone....we booked a time slot and arrived 15 minutes early...a few people in a queue but we got in very quickly. We did the virtual reality experience first...there were 2 options for the VR headset....either a film about the history of Berlin or one about the building of the Tower. Each person can choose individually which to watch....we opted for the history film which was great. Then we queued again to ascend in the lift..again the queue moved quickly and staff were great and cheerful chatting to people in the queue. The lift takes 40seconds and has a glass roof which is cool...on the observation deck you can take as long as you need to go around in a circle and see the layout of Berlin city....it really gives an idea of where everything is so is a great first introduction to the city....there is a bar on the observation deck if you fancy a coffee or drink. Back down on ground floor there are toilets, cloakroom, and a gift shop with helpful staff there too.
We were travelling with out teenage son and he really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it for other young people.
Very well organised and we really enjoyed our experience!

The worst queuing and admissions system imaginable with extremely rude staff. Machines broken, not accepting major credit cards, told to come back at certain hour for admission and then refused admission until 30 mins later. Shocking, avoid

We had to wait a total of 5 hours from when we bought our tickets to when we could actually go up to the tower, however this could potentially have been avoided if we’d booked online. It was absolutely packed and there was no working air con up there! Sure, the views were great but for the price we paid I wouldn’t say it was worth it personally. If you don’t like enclosed spaces or feeling trapped I’d say avoid and go to a different observation deck for a cheaper price!

A lovely visit up the TV Tower. The views were excellent and the guides helped to show what you could see.
It was also helpful having a bar area for a drink whilst up there.
The only negative was the heat, they needed to turn it down as it got very warm.
Overall it is well worth visiting.

We visited yesterday and were not disappointed. I didn't realise this attraction was linked to the 360 in Chicago which we did a few years ago.

The lift ride up is quite quick and the roof lights up so you can see when you have reached the top.

The views are amazing once you are up there, we were lucky because we had picked a really nice sunny and clear day so we could see for miles.

The information at each window is really good to, tells you what you are looking at and gives a little history lesson.

This is one of the best towers we have visited and it's not too expensive to do either. We paid around €50.

5 pm reservation (3/15/2023) and upon arrival to our table #7 found the restaurant relatively empty. I asked our waiter if we could have a table by a window as we were farthest from a window possible. He said sure, check with the hostess. Returned to the hostess (Angeline/Angelina) who said they were fully booked and we would sit where she assigned us. Her name is Angelina/Angeline. By the time we completed our meal the restaurant was as ‘unoccupied’ as when we arrived with many window seats still available. This certainly felt like the restaurant does not attempt at all to provide a beautiful, scenic experience for diners/customers. This is an expensive experience and was really not the experience we expected here. Recommendations - don’t come to the restaurant to send time, you may feel unappreciated and even slighted in the experience. I actually felt for the 1st time while visiting Europe that we may have been ill-treated because we are two women from the US….being lied to about seating availability AND to ‘sit where I told you.’

View of Berlin from the restaurant was stunning. Would recommend. But we booked for a meal and this was terrible. Service very slow (it wasn't busy) and when food eventually arrived what a let down. Very expensive so we expected good food not overdone and tasteless. Waited so long for food to arrive our time slot rang out! Do not bother to waste your money eating here.

The beauty of the center lies precisely here, you can shop wherever you want, but the roads were built here, a true icon of the city!
